What's wrong with that cop? Not like, why did he do it, or doesn't he understand the important role the police play in civil society and the concurrent necessity of dignified, restrained behavior when dealing with the public. But, like, what's wrong with him? He sounds like a nerd who was sick of getting beaten up so he got super ripped and joined the police force and now abuses his power to get psychological revenge on innocent civilians who remind him of the kids who picked on him in high school.
